IMLSN Workshop 4

The Svhool of Mathematical Sciences of Dublin City University hosted the 4th Irish Workshop on Mathematics Learning and Support Centres on Friday the 4th of December, 2009.

The theme of the workshop was ‘The Use of Technology in Mathematics Support’. We focused on the use of technology in mathematics support with speakers reviewing a wide range of different approaches and also addressing core issues such as the relative value of computer-assisted learning and the optimum manner in which to integrate technology into teaching.

Dr. Martin Greenhow of Brunel University, London gave the keynote address.
